T1he object of this transaction is the acquisition from the user of one or more of the products and/or services offered on http://www.ecollection-almudenafernandez.com/. The product description, measures and characteristics (size, color, materials…) will always be next to the product image. Boots and Shoes will have a pull-down menu with the Spanish standard measures.

Price

The pricing always refers to one unit, except for shoes and boots, where the pricing refers to a pair. Prices include IVA – Spanish VAT- or taxes. Delivery

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be dispatched. Usually items arrive in a week within a week (Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla excluded since we do not accept orders from these territories). Nevertheless, Christmas and other special dates are extremely busy and your item may take longer to arrive. We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.

Sales and discounts

In order to benefit from the winter and summer sales, products must be marked as “on sale from—until” on the screen.

In both cases the first and the last day are included. If and order is placed during the Sales or during a “special discount” time, these order will be subjected to the prices and special conditions related to the purchased products and/or services.
